Are uploaded PDFs stored?

If you sign in, your latest supported PDF is saved as the current profile document. Uploading another PDF replaces it, and you can delete it anytime.

Can it edit scanned documents?

No. Text replacement requires selectable text in a digitally created PDF. Scanned images require OCR.

Why does replacement text look different?

PDFEditHub reuses a PDF's embedded font when it contains the characters you type. Subset or unavailable fonts safely fall back to the closest standard font.

What form fields are supported?

Interactive text fields, checkboxes, radio groups, dropdowns, and option lists are supported when present in the PDF.
