PDFEditHub processes uploads to perform the editing or conversion action you request. If you sign in, your latest supported PDF is also saved as your current profile document. Uploading another PDF replaces the previous saved file.

Firebase Authentication may process your email address, profile information, and authentication metadata. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions; PDFEditHub does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

PDFEditHub may use cookies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Consent choices are provided where required.

Data retention

Your current profile PDF remains stored until you replace or delete it. Processing files and temporary results are not otherwise intentionally retained beyond the requested workflow. Contact the site operator for account privacy or deletion requests.
