Subscription Policy

Effective date: 1 August 2026

This policy forms part of the PDFEditHub Terms of Use. The plan name, price, currency, billing interval, introductory period, included tools, and AI allowance shown immediately before Stripe Checkout are the terms that apply to your purchase.

Types of access

• Limited access is a one-time pass for the period shown at checkout. It does not renew automatically.
• Full access may begin with a reduced-price introductory period and then renew at the standard monthly price shown before purchase.
• AI Pro Weekly renews weekly and includes the AI request allowance shown for each weekly billing period.
• Annual plans renew yearly and include the tools and AI allowance shown at checkout.
• AI top-ups are one-time purchases. They do not renew and are used after included requests where the product interface states this.

Tool access and allowances depend on the plan configuration shown before payment. Unused recurring allowances do not roll over unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise.

Starting service and recurring charges

Access normally starts after successful payment confirmation. By selecting immediate access at checkout, you expressly ask PDFEditHub to begin supplying the digital service straight away. Where a purchase supplies digital content immediately, starting supply may end the 14-day cancellation right after the legally required information, express request, and acknowledgement are provided. Other statutory rights, including rights that apply to digital services or faulty supply, remain unaffected. Recurring plans charge the payment method through Stripe at the interval and amount disclosed before purchase until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can open Manage billing from your PDFEditHub account to cancel a recurring subscription through Stripe. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise. A one-time pass expires automatically and does not need cancellation.

Refunds and statutory rights

If a money-back guarantee is displayed at checkout, its stated period and conditions apply in addition to your legal rights. Contact support@pdfedithub.com with the account email, charge date, and reason for the request. Refund eligibility depends on the plan, usage, circumstances, and mandatory consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, conformity, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where the law gives a cooling-off right, starting digital service immediately may affect that right only where the legally required information, express request, and acknowledgement have been provided.

Failed payments and changes

Failed or disputed payments may suspend paid access. Any future price or material subscription change will be communicated as required by law before it takes effect. Cancelling before the next renewal prevents the next scheduled recurring charge, subject to processing timing.
